A number of criminal offenses in Oregon are referred to as "Measure 11" offenses. If an individual is convicted of one of these offenses, under most circumstances, the judge must impose a minimum number of months in prison. The individual
must serve this entire length of time. The sentence cannot be
reduced for such things as "good behavior." These offenses
